Welcome to the River Bears |
 We are the River Bears Inc. of Cincinnati, OH. founded in April, 1992 for the purpose of providing recreational and social functions for Bears, their friends, and like-minded men who enjoy "bear culture" and to publicize this element of the Greater Cincinnati Gay community, promoting its ideas and presence.
The organization is open to all men (21 & older) with an interest in the above objectives. Its membership is not restricted to the Greater Cincinnati area.

Bi-Monthly Meeting/Potluck |
 Our meetings are now being held bi-monthly, the last meeting was held in May 2009. The next meeting/potluck should be the third saturday of July 2009. One should arrive between 6:00 and 6:30 PM, the general membership meeting is held from about 6:30 to 7:00 PM, Depending on how long the general membership meeting is determines when we should start eating, but it is nomally just before or right at 7:00 PM and last until about 9:00 to 10:00 PM, The place, Times, contact telephone number and directions will be published in the Bi-month Bearings or the supplement that is published on the months that the newsletter is not published. This information will also be posted on the website. |
