Council Meeting


The Council meetings are normally held at 5:30 PM prior to the general membership meetings.  These council meetings are open to the general membership.  See the general monthly meeting page on the web site for directions
 
A special council meeting can be called in accordance with the bylaws,  In this case, the  council members and all general members will be notified of the date, time, place and any agenda items that may be discussed.

There will be no September's Council Meeting as most of the council members will be at Roseland, WV for the Bear Fair Weekend.  Next Scheduled council meeting will be in October.  If you have anything you would like brought up in a council meeting then please e-mail the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
